2009 Camperee Announcements

SCRC 278 Oceanside

Once again SCRC 278 Oceanside will be hosting the 2009 Camperee on Vancouver Island.  The event will take place at:

The event will start on Friday July 10-12, 2009.  You MUST reserve your camp spot early, as the resort is a very popular location for summer tourists.  Contact the resort and book as a SCRC member to avoid confusion at the front desk.  The resort has motel rooms, camping and cabins as well as a restaurant on site.

We will host the event at Campsite 112, which can be located on the website.  We will supply coffee/tea during the day and at 6:30 AM each morning.  The events will include:

            Friday             Check in/Evening Weiner Roast at Campsite 112

            Saturday         Motorcycle rides to the north and south (locations TBA)

                                    Pig Roast at $25.00 per person (tickets available in New Year)

            Sunday            Pancake Breakfast before we say our good-byes         

Please contact me for tickets and any questions.  You are asked to provide your own beverages of choice – BYOB.   Please check with the front desk with regard to the cabins as they my not supply bedding.
